Welcome to the sports section of our website. New Milton is home eight football clubs divided into age ranges. One of those clubs the New Milton Robins has a website you can view.

There's lots to do in New Milton! Whether it be Football, Netball, Tennis or indoor bowls you can easily find something you like in New Milton. The New Milton Health and Leisure Centre holds a wealth of activities including: Indoor Swimming, Squash and Table Tennis.  The Dry Sports Hall has facilities for Five-a-Side Football, Badminton, Netball, Volleyball and various other activities.  Sauna, solarium (two sunbeds), Modern Gymnasium (includes MTV to watch while you work out!), Aerobics and Step Classes. Sports shop.Qualified Beautician.  In addition the centre runs School Holiday Activities for children and many other tutorial classes for adults.  Further details can be obtained from the Centre Tel: (01425) 617441. The 'Rec' is home to the New Milton Tennis Club who have use of 2 of the 4 all-weather tennis courts. The remaining 2 courts are for use by the general public. Bookings are on a first come, first served basis and fees are collected by one of the tennis club stewards or a member of the town council's ground staff. The New Milton Indoor and Outdoor Bowling Clubs are also based on the 'Rec', both groups having their own associated pavilions/social facilities. The Outdoor Bowling Club has 2 full size greens. Two rinks are available at all times for non-members (i.e. members of the public) to utilise. The Indoor Bowling Club has 2 rinks and also welcomes members of the public. A skateboard park, children's playground, MUGA (multi-user games apparatus), and a basketball net can also be found on the 'Rec'.
