The New Forest Basics Bank covers a wide area supplying food, household and hygiene items to local people in need and in dire emergency situations. It is a completely non discriminatory, not for profit, managed by volunteers, local organisation and it relies totally on non perishable donations via a network of over 22 Churches, the public and other independent organisations. |

 | Friends of New Milton Memorial Centre -
This is a group formed to promote and raise funds for the Memorial Centre, a site of historical importance in the town, being a war memorial built by the British Legion. The Centre is open from 8.30am to 1.30pm every day, with openings at other times depending on the activities taking place. The Friends would be delighted to hear from anyone who wishes to help with fundraising and promotion. |

| Forest Bus -
Forest Bus which was set up in 1993 is a charitable company offering support for Young People in the New Forest. The mobile Forest Bus travels between villages and towns in the New Forest visiting children at schools and community centres. In New Milton you can catch the Forest Bus at the Mencap Nedderman Centre between 3pm and 5.30pm each week on Tuesdays. |
