In the summer of 2021, and again throughout the dry spell last summer, Ballard Lake lacked incoming run off – and rainfall to maintain adequate water levels – the depth of water in the lake reduced to around 100mm (4”) in places during the worst of the dry period.   The lake suffered because of this, with dissolved oxygen levels...

New Milton Lions Club are hosting the Easter Extravaganza on Saturday 8 April 2023 from 11am to 4pm on New Milton Recreation Ground.   There will be live entertainment, including a performance from the Rainbow Steel Band, also Pro-Wrestling in the Main Area, and a fun dog show and Easter Egg trail.   Plus lots of other fun for everyone!...
