There are a number of documents below which are to inform your event planning. The documents cover a variety of event types so some sections may not be relevant to yours.

  • Access keys will only become available for the event if all documentation has been received in good time.
  • A Hotline mobile phone is issued with the keys.
  • As trustee of the land and licence holder, we will have a representative spot check at each event to ensure safe and responsible management.
  • Depending on the nature of your event, you may also need to apply for a Street Collections Permit from NFDC by clicking here, as the site has open access for the public.

NB: If you are holding a particularly large event, it is worth consulting NFDC Safety Advisory Group (SAG). This needs a 3-month lead time.

There have been a few recent changes to the Event Application form and Operating Schedule owing to operational needs. Please ensure you use the updated links below for your event paperwork.
